I'm starting weight watchers AGAIN. I think this is the 156th time. I need your help!! Anyone have any good ideas how we can do it all together. I need motivation. I guess looking in the mirror isn't enough. I would love to see some comments on how you stay thin or if you have any tips that have helped you in the past. ALSO, if you have any great delish healthy recipes I would love to hear about them. I need low point snack ideas. I do know that exercise is a must and I'm going to try to do at least 30 minutes every other day even if it's a brisk walk with the dogs.
Here I am 2 weeks ago in Atlanta. I was hiding behind Lesli because I didn't want people to see me. I HAVE to STOP putting weight watchers off. I'm ready to say GOODBYE DOUBLE CHIN :)

My biggest tip would be eat everything in moderation! If you want pizza or ice cream, have some but only ONE serving. Also, I would say measure out your portions..it's kind of a pain in the butt, but you might be surprised how much different it is measuring out 1 cup of cereal versus just pouring yourself a bowl. You could save hundreds of calories that way!
I have some good healthy recipes on my blog and I know the Weight Watchers website has some great ones, too. As for snacks, go for fruit as often as you can. It has lots of fiber and few calories. And drink lots of water...sometimes if you're thirsty, it's easy to mistake that for hunger. I always drink 1-2 glasses of water with my meals so I fill up faster and don't overeat.
Good luck! :)
Thanks Andrea!
Ok, kudos to you for being proactive! I have been struggling with the baby weight for some time now. And I haven't had the guts to write about it on my blog. But I have been trying really really hard to lose it. And the only thing that works for me is low-carb. Not Atkins, South Beach. And lots and lots of water. It is so hard. I am not one of those girls that can eat little of this and little of that. Because once I start, I can't stop. So my diet is pretty strict. But it is paying off. I eat lots of chicken, fish, green veggies and berries. Hope that helps! Keep us updated on how you are doing!!!
