I have a love for ranch dressing, I love it on pizza, chicken wings, sandwiches, and potato's, but for some reason I can't eat it on my salads. I have become a salad snob and only enjoy fresh homemade dressings.
This one is KILLER below!
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup white wine vinegar
splash of lemon juice
2 table spoons anchovies Paste (MUST HAVE EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE ANCHOVIES may need more after finished product)
1/4 cup Parmesan..always can add more of this
2 Garlic cloves crushed
2 tbl Dijon Mustard
Taste to see if you need salt, Anchovies are pretty salty.
