I got this wooden headboard off of craiglist for $30!! I'm not sure what color I should paint it. It's for my guest room. I'm selling all my bedroom sets and replacing them with headboards. I want a hotel feel without the footboard.

Option 1 Glossy Turquoise either in the tiffany blue or deep turquoise
Option 2...Blue Gray (I saw this bed at Anthropology las week, it's beautiful in person)
Option 3 European Silver

Great find! I like all your ideas, I think each would be great with the right bedding & accessories. If I had to pick, I think maybe the blue-gray? Hope you post pictures once it's done!
I LOVE the turquoise....but think you might get sick of it, quicker than a more neutral color??? So I'd say blue-gray.

I love turquoise or blue-gray! Depending on your bedding or room color... But really don't think you could go wrong with either! Can't wait to see the 'after'!
Thank you girls for your comments. I went to Lowes last weekend and got an electric sander :) I love it! I tried the gray and it didn't look right :( I think the wood needed more carvings in it for it to pull it off so I went with silver. It turned out GORGEOUS!! When I get it in the room I will take pics. Thank yoU!
