A Sunny Day

I took these pictures early this morning. I got up to a beautiful sunny day with not one cloud in the sky.

I rode my bike to get the mail this morning and took a picture of my basket...Life is Good, Enjoy the Little Things...

I was excited to get my magazines...

and then mom called me. She was in tears, Ryan...PaPa Tom isn't ok. My PaPa Tom, her dad suffered a massive heart attack late last night and has a 1 and 5 chance of making it. It made me think...life is so short, enjoy every minute you have. Cherish each second with your family and friends because you never know when your last day will be. Who cares about the magazines and all the materialistic things in life, we're so lucky to be alive. I pray PaPa Tom pulls through and makes it. He's a strong man and I'm sure he will be flirting with the nurses in no time. I send love to all my friends and family, I'm so lucky to have each one of you in my life. Enjoy the little things, maybe my picture was a sign from god today to make it a point to do so. Whenever you get home this evening drop everything and give your family and friends some hugs and let them know how thankful you are to have them in your life.

I think it should be noted that Ry's mailbox is at the front of her neighborhood and not out in front of her house, just a few steps away like some neighborhoods. I think people might read that and think, WOW she peddled twice and arrived at her mailbox, haha!

Sending well wishes and thought to Papa Tom.
