I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A SAFE AND WONDERFUL FOURTH OF JULY! I won't be making a flag cake, but will be making banana pudding. I will fire up my grill in a little while. Our plans are to stay home, we have been going way to much and it has took a toll on me. We might go to Howey and watch the fireworks on Lake Harris, but for some reason it always rains in Florida the night of the 4th...we will see.
Summer is one of my favorite seasons, I think of fresh corn on the cob, ice cold cocktails, potato salad, juicy hamburgers right off the grill. This 4th I will be doing something different. All will be cooked on the GREEN EGG. I will let you know my menu when I complete it. I better get started.
